On Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, at 7:00 pm, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, a Jubilee Mass of the National Black Catholic Clergy Caucus was celebrated. The Most Reverend Robert P. Boxie III, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Washington, DC was the “Principal Celebrant.” He is the newest and youngest Auxiliary Bishop.
